ARTIST STATEMENT

Isabel was born in Havana, Cuba. In 1969 she moved to the USA. Before dedicating her life to painting she was an off broadway actress. In 1995 she began taking classes under the direction of Jesus Rivera for more than 10 years. Her first show was in Rivera's then in 2006 in Passaic County Community College. She has always had a passion for the arts, she believes the best form of self expression is any form of art.
