Artist Statement
My photographic work is a combination of expressionism
and experimentalism. I work at night because of the mood it creates
and the color/light combination that greatly interests me. I prefer
a location that we see everyday and try to capture it in a unique
way, both beautiful and strange. I have heard it said that my work
takes the “familiar” and makes it “unfamiliar”.
That sounds good to me.
